Central Heating Service Contracts

P.J. Bryer have been offering service contracts on gas and oil fired and LPG heating installations for thirty years. Along with peace of mind, the benefits of these contracts include an annual service plus full cover for parts and labour for any components of the heating system, i.e. boiler, flue, controls, pumps radiators, cylinder and header tanks.

It is a matter of great pride to us that we have over three thousand service contracts in place, where we carry out routine servicing on gas, oil fired and LPG boilers and make around ten thousand service calls every year.

With over £12,000 of spare parts to back up are service operations, we are well placed to provide the fast and efficient services our customers demand. Our contacts are extensive and have active accounts with all the major spares suppliers.

Emergency Cover

We give 24 hour cover, 365 days of the year for emergencies. Our service levels show we're currently attending 99% of all boiler breakdowns within 24 hours of notification, with 90% being repaired on the first call. We offer temporary heating if we are unable to execute a repair within 24 hours.
